Keep your readers attention by including regular sections each issue such as a joke corner or a recipe that create a comfort zone of familiarity. Your readers will soon start to anticipate the arrival of your next issue.....

The best way to guarantee the effectiveness of your newsletter, other than the content, is to be cosistant in its' delivery. If it is to be delivered (by mail or by email) every month, then try your best to make it the same day every month, ie: the second Thursday etc., same goes if it is bi-monthly or quarterly.

The subliminal message that you will be sending to your readers is that you are reliable, trustworthy and dependable....they can count on you!

Our advice to our clients has always been the same regarding newsletters....if you don't intend to do this on a regular basis ...don't do it at all.

Just as regular delivery creates a good impression, sporadic delivery can tell your readers that you are unreliable.
